Google Business Profile Appeal Not Approved?

3 Main Reasons Why Your Google My Business Appeal Was Rejected

Duplicate Google Business Listings
This is one of the common mistakes we see businesses make as they have duplicate Google business listings and this is why their appeal is rejected. Check your Google My Business listings and remove duplicates before requesting an appeal.

Virtual Address On Your Google My Business
Using a virtual business address on your Google my business page is one of the reasons for your appeal not getting approved as it’s not allowed and it goes against Google’s guidelines. You need to have a real physical location address where customers can come and visit you.

Linked Website Redirects To Another Domain
If the website linked to your Google Business Profile redirects to another domain Google will almost certainly reject the appeal request. If your website domain name has changed be sure to update it immediately.
Why Most Google Business Profile Appeals Are Not Approved?
Most Google business appeals are not approved because they don’t provide sufficient documents to support their case. For example using a certificate with a business name that doesn’t match or a utility bill that’s addressed to the owner instead of the business. Google requires official documentation that exactly matches with the details on your Google Business Profile. If the business name and address don’t match with what’s listed on your business profile, your appeal is guaranteed to be rejected.
What does google need for the appeal?
Business Registration
(To verify you’re a real business)
Tax Certificate / Business Licence
(Validate your tax ID and business / Authorized to do business)
Utility Bill
(To verify your business proof of address)
